Coleraine, Castlerock, Macosquin and Kilkeel are having summer clubs. CNI would like to hear from other parishes with similar initiatives in Children’s Ministry.
Preparations are underway for the fun and activity of a Children’s Bible Club Week in Macosquin Parish, Derry Diocese, from 1st – 5th August.
It will be preceded by a Friends and family walk with a ‘Bring to share’ picnic lunch and an informal open-air short service on the afternoon of Sunday 31 July. The week will end with a sandcastle building competition for parents, grandparents and children and a BBQ on Castlerock beach on the Friday afternoon.
A well supported Children’s week is currently underway in Castlerock parish which neighbours Macosquin. Kilkeel Parish in Down and dromore is also organising a summer club.
