The 58th Cork International Choral Festival will take place 2nd – 6th May 2012
Experience the very best of vocal music with a jam-packed programme including a prestigious International Competition as well as National Competitions, a whole range of vibrant Gala Concerts and Fringe Concerts, a Choral Trail, and many more events such as the Big Sing, Seminar & Masterclass and much, much more!
In addition to competition, choirs are also encouraged to avail of the opportunity to participate in public performances and sing at church visits during their stay in Cork. Irish choir members will furthermore have the unique opportunity of attending a diverse range of concerts and competitive sessions while at the Festival. Hear some of the world’s finest international choirs as they compete for the prestigious Fleischmann International Trophy, and then mingle with them after at the Festival Club!

The Schools Competitions continue to provide a platform for schools choirs all over the country to perform in this prestigious event, and by their participation to gain awareness of the wider choral community of which they are a part.
