The death has taken place of Olive Stanley-Wetzel
A tribute on the diocesan we site states: “Olive Stanley-Wetzel was a much loved and deeply dedicated member of our diocese. She was a member of the Diocesan Council, the Communications Committee and editor of the diocesan magazine, “Newslink”. In her many roles in the diocese and her local parish of Shinrone she was a familiar figure to us all. We extend our prayerful sympathy and support to her husband, Helmut, and to her family. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.”
The Funeral Service was held in St Mary’s, Shinrone, yesterday Tuesday 20
Donations to the Oncology Unit at Tullamore Regional Hospital, can be given to Rev’d Johnston who will pass them on.
