Northern Ireland’s very own supergroup, The Priests, have topped the Billboard charts in the USA

They are the top selling artist of the year in the US Billboard Traditional Classical artist chart.
The trio also came top of the end of the year Traditional Classical album charts with their second collection Harmony while their debut album The Priests made it to number four.
Every December, Billboard totals all of its charts to find the most successful artists and albums of the year.
The Priests signed their first record deal in 2008 and have become popular throughout the world with their eponymous debut album going platinum in four countries and gold in three.
The group hosted a special programme of Christmas carols on BBC One Northern Ireland on Tuesday and Thursday of Christmas week. Their Christmas album Noël was released on 6 December and includes a version of Little Drummer Boy/Peace On Earth – with Pogues front man Shane MacGowan.
